• Hi

Using WordPress 3.6 with a very basic custom theme.

I have created a custom menu with image buttons and added this to a widget position so it shows in the right place on the website however there is slight gap between the buttons which I do not want.

I have tried going through all the CSS to remove padding and have removed all padding and the space is still there.

Have tried Googling the issue and all the suggestions I have found haven’t worked.

    Any suggestions please?

    Thanks

    R

    Sorry site is:

    http://www.nisites.com/wordpress

its just a test site please ignore it its a complete mess just learning as I go

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

As this is a custom theme, all I can suggest is that you try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

I have tried everything I can do to sort the problem otherwise I would not have posted I only post when I have done everything I can including looking at Firebug.

I am only learning WordPress or trying to learn it and was looking for some assistance at least with Joomla there was people willing to help on their support forums.

    Thanks for stating the obvious

There’s nothing in this that is WordPress-specific. It’s just CSS.
