    I’m very content with wordpress, but I get a lot of spam from one single origin, named mumabictentic. This person has got different e-Mail-addresses. It seems to drop down its spam automatically, because it doesn’t realize that not one message is published.
    But is there a possibility to block this?

    Use Akismet. Or use comment moderation.

    • If you want to use Akismet: Go to Plugins and activate Akismet. Follow the instructions and voila! Instant spam protection!
    • If you want to use comment moderation: Go to Settings->Discussion. Check the “An administrator must always approve the comment” box.

    I find Akismet works just fine…

    I also really like the Bad Behavior plugin. I’ve found using Askimet and Bad Behavior in combination blocks an incredible amount of spammers.

    By the way, you can also manually block specific IP addresses in WordPress.
