That plugin is not necesary, that is for Contact Form 7.
The Honeypot feature is included.
What other options do you have enabled? I would advise using Nonce and Honeypot, always, unless you have issues with them (the logs would tell you).
It seems like this plugin is being targeted now by spammers. On my demo site I enabled Akismet and Stop Forum Spam, and almost all spam can be caught.
If you don’t want it to show up on your admin screen, you can refuse to accept spam, there is a setting for that. That should keep your spam folder clean.
The Custom Quizz Question and the CAPTCHA are quite intrusive for users, you only want to use them as last resort.

Would you care to try out the current development version? There are some changes that might improve anti-spam efforts.
It is just a point release, I would like some feedback, quite a lot of code changed.
The Nonce and Honeypot should work better here.
I just committed them, the new zipfile should be available in a while.
