    Hi @talhaahmed18

Hard to say for sure as it’s a case of we’re relying on Google to field the actual aspects of it.

Some things worth checking on, and potentially sharing with our support to try and get a better idea of what’s going on, include logging in to your reCAPTCHA dashboard, and clicking on the appropriate “Your reCAPTCHA sites” listing for the site in question. There it will hopefully provide some information. If you’re willing to share a screenshot with us of that, please email it to [email protected] and request that they forward it over to another support tech of ours named Michael.

Another option that may provide some insight would be enabling the “Enable logging for debugging purposes.” checkbox in your WP admin settings section of Constant Contact Forms.

When that’s enabled, we log when Google returns a failed verification, and the logged error could provide some insight for us as well. If you do this, let it populate for a couple hours. If you get notifications of signups during that time, you’re good to share the log as well. Please send that in the same way as we mention above for reCAPTCHA stats screenshots.

    Thanks.
