Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

The Spams can be caused by different situations, instead of just fighting in the form directly I suggest taking some extra steps which will help not only the form but your site:

– Install the WPMU DEV Defender plugin and enable the UA protection: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/defender/#user-agent-banning

The defender also has IP banning, so you can add a hidden field in Forminator to find out the IP source of Spams and take some security actions.

– Use a Cloudflare Free account, it has some interesting protection modules too.

– On Forminator form unfortunately we don’t have the simple Captcha yet but I suggest hCaptcha: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#hcaptcha-field this is doing a good job.
