I apologize for any frustration. It’s not our intent to cause confusion or clutter. It sounds like UserFeedback may have been installed alongside with one of our sister plugins. The intention is to provide as much value as possible to users by suggesting plugins for more features, because a lot of website owners aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use UserFeedback, it can be deselected during the onboarding setup wizard, or deactivated and deleted like any other WordPress plugin. If you decide to give us a try, please feel welcome to let us know if you have any questions.
