Spam

Any suggestions on how I can prevent spam comments? Here are some current settings:

– Users must be registered and logged in to comment
– Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
– An administrator must always approve the comment

I spend just as much time removing comments as I do actual blogging. Thanks for any help.
