Hi guys i have an issue with one of my sites whereby a mysterious post is there on the websites but on post its only showing one but saying 2 posts are published and the other one is a french dating site and i have wordfece but still nothing works and the post url is [ redundant link removed ]

I Have tried but still that post is indicating on my posts lists as being published even though i have gone as far as trash the post that was there its still one post is published but i never published it
