1) Your site contact form is protected. I’ve tested the form https://seedtime.com/contact/

2) However I see that the email subscription form on the main page is not protected because you have not enabled the option “Protect external forms”. Enable it to get protection.

3) To remove connection errors:
– update the plugin to 5.168 , the guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress
– check if CURL support is enabled in the web hosting PHP configuration
– check if any of ClenaTalk addresses are whitelisted in firewall rules if your hosting runs so: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses
