We are getting quite a lot of spam/bot comments against our Ideas….is there a way to switch on bot protection on the comments?

None of the culprits are trying to add Ideas so there is no user to block.

I have found the settings for blocking users under the Discussion settings, but they keep slipping through with new details and I’m just hoping to reduce the volume.

Hi @ashleytallyn,

Our plugin uses the built-in WordPress comment system. IdeaPush doesn’t change this in any way. I recommend using a plugin like akismet or a security plugin to add additional spam protection against the comments. Thanks,
