    Hi,
    Since March 25th, my client’s website has been inundated with non-spending guest customers, and these strange requests have increased.
    I installed your plugin last night and would like to see if installing the premium version can solve this.
    This morning, I already have two spam registrations.

    Hello @milena79

    First, I’d like to clarify that there is no premium version of our plugin. You have all features and full protection from the start.

    I’ve checked the Anti-Spam log and found only blocked requests. You can review your log here: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests. Are there spam registrations you mentioned?

    Could you please also tell us the web form URL from which you received spam? We’d like to test it to make sure the protection works as it should.

    I assume it might be saved incomplete orders when a user add item to the cart. We suggest enable the following options in the Anti-Spam plugin settings:

    • Check anonymous users when they add new items to the cart
    • Anti-Crawler

    After that, please clear the website cache.

    You can find both settings in the “Advanced settings” on the Anti-Spam plugin page:

    Go to the WordPress Admin Dashboard —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> click the gray link “Advanced settings” —> find the “WooCommerce” section —> set the “Check anonymous users when they add new items to the cart” option to “On” —> find the “SpamFireWall features” section —> check the “Anti-Crawler’ option —> Save Changes.
