    Hello

I use a plugin for file uploads on an art submissions website. The plugin is called WooCommerce PPOM Pro. It facilitates file uploads in WooCommerce products.

I had issues with the Spam protection blocking the upload functionality (Spam form submission denied – bot detected) a few weeks ago so I enabled safe mode in the spam protection.

This worked for a while but now the issue started again with safe mode enabled. I switched off spam protection for other forms (left it on for registration and comment forms), and the problem went away instantly.

Could you advise how I find the correct query string to whitelist the plugin or request?

Also, I get attempts from Stripe to connect a webhook also listed as Spam form submission denied – bot detected. As a result the Stripe webhook is being disconnected.

Once again, as the connection attempt is being listed under Spam, it seems disabling protection for other forms may solve the problem but I would rather not have to switch the protection off.

I wonder if you have any recommendation for this?

Many thanks for your help! It is much appreciated.

    Best wishes,

    David
