    Hi,

    Recently, a large number of spam emails have started getting through CleanTalk and reaching my inbox. All of these messages appear to be coming from forms built with the Bit Form Pro plugin.

    My website is built with Elementor. Some forms use Elementor’s native form builder, while more advanced forms are created with Bit Form Pro. Until now, I haven’t had any issues with spam getting through, so this change is quite recent.

    Could this be related to the Bit Form Pro plugin or its integration with CleanTalk? Is there anything we can adjust or enable to improve spam protection and prevent these messages from getting through?

    We’ve made fixes. Please use this version:

    • Go to the WordPress Administrator Panel -> Plugins.
    • Find the plugin ‘Anti-Spam by CleanTalk’ -> Deactivate.
    • After the automatic page refreshing, find the plugin again ‘Anti-Spam by CleanTalk’ -> Delete. Confirm files deletion.
    • Download the plugin archive from the link.
    • Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
    • Choose the downloaded archive and press ‘Install Now’.
    • After the installation, activate the plugin, and make sure that the access key matches the key from your CleanTalk Dashboard.
