Spam referrals

Hi guys, in the last months I’ve noticed an unusual traffic on my website. I gave a quick look at your analytics, but I couldn’t find any suspect pattern.

Later I realized that that traffic is due to a SEO company called SEMALT that useS spiders for its analysis.

Is there a way to block their trafic, or at least to clean your analytics from their trafic?
