Spam user register

My site was targeted by a spam vulnerability in the registration form. Even detecting problems, the WP Cerber plugin did not report a problem. I ask for support in the ideal configuration, since you are not enabling Recaptcha v2 in the user registration form of the WP User Frontend plugin. How to detect the source of the problem and prevent further attacks?
