SpamFireWall Database is outdated

Many of our sites are reporting that Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. Error: SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud. I have tried syncing with the cloud several times. This was not an issue until recently. Please advise.

We have too little data to work with at the moment. Could you send us your webserver error log? It could be found in your hosting account.

Same problem here.

The error message is:

Mistakes:
2022-01-15 13:42:14: An error occurred in the last SpamFireWall check. Error: SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.
You can get support anytime here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect.

I click on the “Synchronize with cloud” button but after a few hours, I go back to my WordPress administrator panel and I see the same error again.

Wordpress version: 5.8.3
Cleantalk antispam plugin version: 5.170
