Hi, I recently installed Cleantalk on my site, but it keeps giving me an error message:

“Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.”

I’ve tried to synchronize with the cloud, but the error message doesn’t go away. Is there anything else I should be doing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @rbamm,

Most likely there was some kind of failure when creating the required table in the database. Let’s try to reinstall the plugin:

    1. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Copy your Access key somewhere.
    2. WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and then Delete.
    3. Then install it anew: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress.

    Did it help?

Yeah, I ran a database optimization before installing it again and it seems to be working now. I have had it installed before, so maybe there was some old table left in the database or something. I’ll get back to you if I start getting problems again. Thanks!
