• Hello,

    I tried adding one of my emails in the subscriber form at the bottom of my homepage, using: FireFox, Firefox Incognito, Edge, and Chrome (whilst logged in as admin).

    Only with Chrome (whilst logged in as admin) did the email pass and subscribe, but with the other 3 browser types I got the spamming message.

    I tried this as I saw a fair few logs of emails trying to sign up since the last 1 or 2 updates. I have the extended Premium version, and it works totally fine with Woocommerce and comments etc, and stops genuine spam, but with the Mailchimp form it seems funny?

    We regularly clear all caches (Cloudflare, WP Rocket, Autoptimise), and the site doesn’t have JS errors.

    Any help with this?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @kingyyyy,

    Do you have level 2 spam check enabled ? Due to redirection there, Level spam check is not working properly. Can you please disable that for now and see if that helps ? Then i will investigate why Level 2 spam check is not working properly in this Mailchimp form.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Level 2 spam is not enabled. It’s set to “No”.

    Update: It’s also happening with product reviews. Can only leave a product review if the customer (or admin) is logged in??

    I see other plugin users on this forum are having this issue, too. Any update for all these false-positives?
