    Hi there, I’m getting the following error:

    Verification Failed!
    Failed to validate API key. Please check your API key.

    However, I am using an API key that has “All” API Permissions. I’m testing in:

    • WordPress 6.7.2
    • SureMail 1.2.0 
    • No other plugins (fresh WP install)
    • We’re using Sparkpost US
    • Same API key works with other SMTP plugins (just not SureMail)

    Any ideas? Thanks!

    I activated the SparkPost API key successfully. Here’s a GIF for reference: https://share.zight.com/o0u1AWj9.

    It might be a temporary glitch. Could you try copying and pasting the key again and then saving it?

    Thanks for the quick followup! I think I may have figured this out. We use subaccounts in Sparkpost for every client. However, when I tested with a subaccount it didn’t work. When using an API key / domain in our main account it worked.

    So, it seems like Suremail might not work with Sparkpost when the API key is assigned to a sub account? It’s worth noting that I tested two other SMTP plugins that have Sparkpost support and they worked well with sub accounts.
