Cyrus, the developer and support for the plugin, has been sick with covid since April and is still in the hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery and be back actively supporting this product. It’s just going to take some time–probably a couple of months.

Hi Debra at Neah Plugins, Please let us know how Cyrus is doing, if he’s recovered, and when he might be available to support this popular NP Quote Request WooCommerce plugin. My client recently purchased the Plus version and there are no support follow up emails from support.
Your plugin is very helpful, both the free and the Plus versions. Please provide an update on continuing support. Thank you.
