Specific access permissions

    I don’t have much experience in managing WordPress permissions. I used URE plugin to improve this process. However, I can’t determine the name of the permission I would need to grant a user to allow them access to the ‘https://…/wp-admin/admin.php?page=e-form-submissions” in Elementor, after logging into the administrative panel. I would like the user to only be able to download CSV files containing information about submitted forms. Could you please point me to the correct permission?
