Specific buttons don’t work in WordPress

I was recently infected with malware and used WordFence to clean up my site, but after I noticed I’ve been unable to use certain buttons and it’s really bothering me. Here’s a list of things I’ve done just so we get all of that out of the way.
1. Reinstalled WordPress core files
2. Restored a DB from an earlier working date
3. Used the health check tool to disabled all plugins and use a default theme
4. Disabled all plugins manually 1 by 1 to make sure
5. Used an earlier backup working theme from months agoI’ll also post some images of the buttons that don’t work and the ones that do. It won’t be all of them but it’s for the general idea that some buttons do work. Another note when I inspect the element the button form says “disabled” when I remove that the button works but obviously once I refresh it’s back to not working. How can specific buttons end up disabled?
