Specific Date Reminder

Hey,

i’m searching for a plugin where users can subscribe for a email reminder for a specific date, so is it possible with your plugin to create a form with email and a speicific date where only this user get a “reminder-newsletter”.

If it is not possible maybe someone has an idea where or how i can find a solution.
