Specific Font not Working

I am trying to use a font on my client’s website. I have uploaded several font, and some of them work fine. But the specific font I am trying to use is showing up as the default font (looks like Times New Roman) in both the dashboard and the front end of the site.

Is there a reason a specific font would not work? It worked fine on my test site (on my own server), but it is not working on my client’s site.
