specific messages not displayed

    In a simple contactform I have a quiz as well. When I test and enter a wrong answer I get the “Validation errors occurred” message but not the “Sender doesn’t enter the correct answer to the quiz” message so the user is kind of left in the dark about what he did wrong… Can someone explain / give me a solution ?

    See above fill out name, some email, some text then the quiz will appear (conditional) Conditional or not has nothing to do with it; I tested that.

    I added another page ‘testcf’ for you on my staging site to test with a new default form. Enter an invalid email address and you’ll get the same issue; you get the “Validation errors occurred” message but not the “Email address that the sender entered is invalid” message

    What country are you testing from, I may be blocking it. Let me know & I’ll unblock

    Try switching to the default theme (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Seventeen).

    OK that works; the specific message appears below the concerned field, the “Validation errors occurred” message also appears at the bottom. I thought the specific message would appear at the bottom. I’ll talk to my theme vendor. Thank you!
