I have a client portal page that they must be logged in to view…. Can I put a shortcode for their tickets to show here and allow them to view/send etc?

i got it totally missed it.
1. Any way to hide filter sidebar and filter option on the customers end?
2. Prefix in front of tickets? example ticket# shows as Ticket # 2 I would like Ticket Number 5402
