Specific postcode not working in shipping zones

Hi. I have a weird issue where a specific postal code (any postcode starting with SP10, eg: SP10 1AA) is not adjusting to the correct shipping zone when entered into my checkout page. It should choose £70 shipping, when it actually shows £40 shipping). All other postcodes in this zone work correctly. It’s just this one (or that’s the only one I’ve found so far). I’ve tried disabling all plugins but Woocommerce and the same thing happens. Caches were cleared, plugins updated, but no change. Shipping debug mode is on and no errors are displaying. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and how I can trace it?
