    Hi,

I’ve been searching for specific plugin(s) to help with a WP site I’d like to build. I’m an experienced developer but a relative newbie to WP. I’d really like some help finding extensions that could help me with the following idea:

A website for Dojo’s (it’s not for Dojo’s, but this helps with the explanation):
I’d like to create add two user types (master & student), both would be attached to a specific Dojo. I can create user roles, but how do I attach Master type to a Dojo, and Student type to a Master? All Masters/Students should be attached to a specific Dojo (group) with other groups not visible to them.

Students could complete milestones (i.e ‘Get a Blue Belt’), milestones are a specific post type with a form – visible to all. I can create custom post types, but I need to record the form data to a table. This table both tracks the progress for the Student and allows the Master to view only their students and their progress.

I was hoping to use WP to minimise the development time with out-of-the-box solutions. Can anyone suggest a set of plugins that would enable me to get the above done quickly (read cheaply, this a charity site and I’m building for free).

Any help to set me on my way is greatly appreciated!

    Many thanks.
