    Hi.
    Enjoying your plugin very much but I can’t login to my SpecificFeeds account as I think your plugin created it without any interaction from me. Thus, I don’t have a record of the login details. Is there anywhere I can find them?

    Thank you for your question. You should have received an email from SpecificFeeds – could you please check? Also please check the spam folder.

    Nope. Nothing received. On a related matter – which I’m posting as another ticket – certain things are not updating on the plugin, so I’ve assumed there’s a problem with the plugin …

    Yes, please post that as another ticket.

    Do you still recall the email you used for SpecficFeeds? Could you please use the “Forgot password?” option with that on the login screen?

    I only have three email addresses and all state ‘email address is not registered with us.’

    Ok, your feed is allocated to a user account for which the email bounced. Please reach out to hi (at) specificfeeds (dot) com so that it can be allocated to a new account.

    Please do not support https://www.specificfeeds.com/ problems on this site. This forum is for supporting the code, for site specific issues with any third party send the users there.
