When I do a speed test on my site using GT Metrix I get a warning about the images in your plugin to “Specify image dimensions”. So your plugin is effecting my page speed score.

Can you either let me know how to resolve this or fix it in an update please.

I just want to be able to “Specify image dimensions”. Can this be done?

This should be done in the latest version of the plugin, please update.
