In the WordPress editor the star rating blocks look like HTML code and I can’t edit them in any way. It says “Your site doesn’t include support for the “uagb/star-rating” block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.”

I also noticed that all of the Spectra blocks are gone from the sidebar block inserter. So it’s like WordPress is not recognizing or finding Spectra blocks anymore.

The weird thing is that it works fine on most older posts but on new posts the blocks are gone/broken. This started happening several weeks ago. I tried purging cache.

    Thank you for any help

  • Hello @sidelancer.

    Thanks for writing to us.

To fix this, first, you’ll need to update the Spectra plugin to the latest version i.e., 2.0.1, and after that, you’ll need to add this ?spectra_old_user=yes after your URL from the dashboard section as shown in this video and you just need to check the editor, and you can see that the issue is fixed.

    I hope that helps.
