Spectra buttons don’t work

Currently if I add a Spectra button, select the button and click on the link icon and select a page, the block is replacing the text with the name of the page (which I don’t want it to do. I.e. if I’ve put “Read More” it will insert the name of the page) but then doesn’t link.

There doesn’t seem to be a way I can link the buttons. :/ This seems to be a new issue.
