Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to create blocks to view the mobile version of my homepage (also archive) very speed.
Here is an example:
milanotoday.it

This greatly speeds up the loading of the homepage (always full of many images).
Any plugins? Any code or theme that does this?

Hi, I’ve already followed many of these recommendations.
My site is very fast, but I want to make it faster and more readable, and the mobile display of milanotoday.it seems to me a way to increase the page loading speed.
Does WordPress contain a plugin or a code that makes the display that way?

Do you mean a dedicated mobile version of your site?

In general, we recommend responsive themes, which adapt to all screen sizes.

You can also add in https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/amp/ to speed things up for mobile devices.

If you really want a dedicated mobile version of your site, consider https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wptouch/
