Speed optimization issue

I want to speed optimization with AMP, but you can see the speed results with google page speed insights. can you please elaborate how this is possible? because AMP is the fastest page version for mobile devices and this is not acceptable with plugin. should I create a particular page in AMP page builder with Elementor or AMP plugin will do it automatically?
