Speeding up 301q

Hi, I’m using the EPS 301 plugin on my website http://englishbulldoginsurance.com and I’ve found that there’s a little lag time during the redirecting process. Do you know of any way to eliminate this so that the new url that the 301 redirects to loads instantly?
