Hello,

I have read the pluging description on ww.wp.xz.cn and visited your website and it does not explicitly states if you can use the free version for commercial use.

I understand that Pro version has some extra features but that is a different thing.

You can use the SpeedyCache for commercial use. Every plugin published on WordPress comes under General Public License, version 2. Which give you right to use it for commercial use.
