Hi
They recommended to you obtain your SPF records, not ours, as those SPF records are tightened to your domain, which we do not control in any possible way.
You need to follow this tutorial by Google: https://support.google.com/a/answer/33786?hl=en
Good morning Slava,
Thank you for your reply.
We installed our SPF a while back ago 2 months and had them verified.
Since we are still having this difficilty we contacted again
Google Experts and the are asking us for your SPF records to stabilize the situation.
Here is the email they wrote to us and they encouraged us to contact the WP SMTP MAIL concepteur.
Hello Julie,
Good day! Thank you for contacting Google Cloud Support. This is Clarizza and I assisted you about your concerns with your outbound emails being detected as a SPAM. It was a pleasure working with you and I would like to commend you as without your efforts we won’t be able to resolve your concern.
You can use this message as a reference on what happened and to prevent it from happening again, I will be providing the steps that we did as well as helpful links that you can use in the future.
Here are the steps that we did:
1.Checked Domain name: SPF and DKIM is set up
2.Asked for Message header
3.Advised to contact Word press to ask for the SPF records
Here are some helpful links that you can use:
1.Authorize email senders with SPF

So we are at a cross road – I don’t understand why you don’t want to give us the records ?
JL
Because we can’t give them to you. Those records are generated and applied as TXT records in your domain management interface.
Please read the link that I’ve provided to you: https://support.google.com/a/answer/33786?hl=en.
It has all the steps that you should take on the creation and applying them.
