Spining wheel forever

Since the latest update the second step is blocked, its a shining wheel forever syndrome. So basically the plugin is not working anymore. I have not made any setup changes. I saw that there was a Captcha issue a year ago but in my case It was working fine before the update and now NOT WORKING AT ALL.
I am using UM for member accounts
I have sent you numerous emails but I am not getting any reply, hopefully you will reply and solve the issue
