Spinning circle – nothing processes

I am trying to use your plugin on a website, and intermittently, when someone goes to submit their payment, a processing circle appears and just spins – nothing happens. We have to exit out of the page and go back in, and then it will work. Any ideas if this is something related to the plugin or something that we can fix?
