Hi there,

I recently downloaded the plugin but can’t seem to get anything to show! Had a read of the forum for similar issues and tried:

1. Setting the cache to ignore the relevant pages.

2. Making sure my permalinks weren’t set to default.

I’m not incredibly technically minded so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @nathanrasdall,

The Multi-step and Classic form templates load through an iframe. Right now, the form iframe is crashing on your site due to an error coming from a file in the theme. You can see the error in the iframe’s URL: https://synfonia.org.uk/give/donation-form?giveDonationFormInIframe=1

I suspect the theme loads another instance of that function in the iframe’s content but that’s something the theme developer might be able to help you with.

In the meantime, switch your GiveWP to the Legacy form template instead.
