First, it seems like you are using our Legacy views which we do not provide support with anymore due to bugs like these that are complicated for us to track down and fix. We recommend upgrading to v2.

Please take a look at the article above about why we are no longer supporting that version of our codebase.
Next, is that there are a lot of errors on your console that are causing the page not to load properly. I could see that you’re using Avada. Could you disable the option combining the assets within your Avada theme? Go to /wp-admin → Avada → Maintenance → Performance → Combine Third Party CSS Files. See if that makes a difference.
