• Hi!

In our shop we have products with different tax rates. Some have tax rate 21%, others have 9%.

When I create an export and set filter metadata to ‘rate_percent = 21’ then in my export I get the orders with products where the 21% rate applies to. But if a certain order contains a product with a 9% rate, it also shows up. So the split is not 100% clean.

How can I split the export, so that export 1 only has sales/products with 21% and export 2 only the records with 9%.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

please, open “Filter by item and meta” and mark “Export only matched product items”

    Hi Algol.plus,

Tried that, but still get mixed results.
When there is the same order ID and the buyer has bought a 21% tax item and a 9% tax item in one order, I get both products in my export.

In the ‘Filter by item and meta’ I’ve checked ‘export only…’, set item name to the correct tax name AND the item metadata to rate_percent = 21. Also tried different varieties, such as only the item name and the checkmark ‘export only…’ but still the same result.

Hope there is another way to export it?

    Hello

Please, visit >WooCommerce>Orders, edit this order and make the screeshot of section “items” only.

    thanks, Alex
