Split Orders Not Changing to Complete Status

Hi there,
When a user places an order for multiple quantity on our site, we’ve set the order splitter to split the order based on quantity.
The problem is that when the parent order is paid for and completed, the child orders stay in ‘Pending’ even though the full order was paid for.
How do we get it to change the status of the child orders to completed after the parent order is set to completed?
Because at the moment, we have to manually mark the split orders as completed.
