Sporadic feed connection

Hi!

I’m getting some issues with this plug-in – although I’m not convinced it’s all the plug-in’s fault!

Occasionally it is working fine as you can see here:

but more often than not it is returning the error: “The connection to twitter has returned an error. Please try again later.”

The reason I started using this plug-in was to replace the older “Twitter for WordPress” plug-in – which wasn’t working and hasn’t had an update in quite a while.

My question is – is this a problem at Twitters end or with the plug-in? Is the plug-in refreshing the feed to Twitter too often and I’m having my IP blocked? Can I restrict the number of times the plug-in refreshes the feed – or do I need to take up the issue with twitter or my host directly?
