• Hello,

    The plugin is set and functioning properly on the website for months.
    On 9th January without us doing anything on the website, the menu crashed.
    Once we found it is Autoptimize causing the issue, after several other attempts, we turned the Autoptimize plugin off and then on, which solved the menu issue.

    Same happened again on 22nd January, it seemed to have been a cache issue with Autoptimize, so we got it fixed.

    As this is happening sporadically, how can we check what is conflicting with Autoptimize?

    what you could do if/ when the problem re-appears:
    * check the browser console for JS errors
    * check if the autoptimized CSS and JS that are referenced (linked) in the HTML source still exist (i.e. don’t return a 404 not found error)

    That happened again, I checked and there are css errors. I cloned the site to a staging area. Where can I send you the details?
