    Hi,

    I am having a problem in uploading the spreasheet.

    For example, it gives me an error when content has the same name. or when the name is already entered.

    Also, for example, i entered order number 1, it will give a status if i enter 2 or 3 or even without entering any number.

    Kindly help.

    Hi CMG,

    I’m not sure I understand the problem you’re having. The plugin should update the status of an order if there is the same order number already in the database, or add an additional status if no other order number is entered for that row.

    Would you be able to send the sheet you’re using to [email protected] so we could take a look?
