    Hi super,

    It looks like your missing a few of the default required fields. You can have a look at our example file below to see what columns you need.

    Hi,

    After trying what you have said and comparing with mine everything is the same but the thing that I discovered it is needed that the file name should be “Order_import.xls” which is not in the upload spreadsheet instruction here.

    The spreadsheet containing the orders you wish to add. Make sure that the column title names are the same as the field names for orders (ex: Name, Number, Status, etc.), and that any statuses are written exactly the same as they are online. To update an order, make sure the order numbers are exactly the same.
