Spureous car return insertion in csv

when I export the list of booking orders to a csv file, I always get a “line end” after the Appointment field, then the line breaks and the rest of the lines don’t load properly. How can I avoid this?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I use MS Excel, but the effect can also be observed opening the file with a text editor such as notepad.
