SQL Problem

My WordPress at http://www.tempest2.com/~sams/ seems to have suddenly this morning started churning up a whole basket of errors – I’ve not changed anything either… Any ideas anyone? I’m no good at SQL… I can put up a copy of the index.php source code if its needed.
