SQL Query

This is a fantastic plugin and solves a major problem for me, yet creates a new one! I have a huge number of posts and comments (40k posts, and almost 400k comments) and the plugin gives this error when I’m trying to import them:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /my_site_path/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1586

could you provide me with a query so I can run it straight on phpmyadmin to import comments and topics to the forum, or propose a different solution?
